#ad When I my calendar for the day says I have 6 phone calls lined up, 2 inboxes of emails to respond to, 3 social accounts to manage, and an interview for the @womenontheroad podcast, the biggest mistake I usually make is telling myself there's not enough time to eat something healthy. + Good food is important to me, and so is the work I do. On busy days, they sometimes feel at odds, and if I'm left to my own devices I'm tempted to default to bagged popcorn, kombucha, and whatever is left in the fridge. I'm painfully aware that I default to sugars when I'm busy, and that in turn makes me feel anxious. Or, I get completely sidetracked: I'll go hours without a screen break, get hangry and dehydrated, and end up eating lunch at 3pm. + What I've started reminding myself of recently is that it's totally unfair to myself and the work I'm capable of to not give my body what it needs to be at its best. + My saving grace on busy days or weeks is a healthy bar. While I idealize bars often as food for the trail, the reality is that often times they are my best shot at fueling my body during an average, bustling week, and after trying @skoutorganic recently I'm adding them to my list of bars I'd like to have on hand at all times. Order not complete

I am not satisfied. I am leaving to go to Mexico for 5 weeks and wanted to take these with me. However, I never received the peanut butter bars I ordered. Either save these and reship these week of March 23 or refund my original form of payment. I have not tried these yet so I cannot say one way or the other if I would recommend this product.

Best protein bars!

These are the most healthy protein bars I can find with all natural ingredients. They’re great while traveling and I like to keep one in my purse for a quick snack whenever I’m on the go.

Moist, chewy, flavorful, and diet-friendly

Coconut is my favorite flavor of Skout's protein bars! The biggest draw is the texture: super moist and chewy. As someone with tight dietary restrictions, I love that there are just six healthy ingredients. And it tastes SO much better than most of the other protein bars out there. It makes for a great breakfast every morning!
