    Easter basket idea

    We are obsessed with Skout bars at our house!!! Was so excited to see the carrot one come out, perfect for stuffing the Easter baskets! I tried one first just to make sure the kids would love it, might be my favorite flavor so far!!! So so good!!

    My granddaughter loves these! She couldn't decide if she should try the cookies first, or the carrot cake bars.

    Could be better

    We LOVE Skout bars but his one isn't a favorite. Less coconut powder and nutmeg would solve the soapy aftertaste, and adding a pinch of sea salt really goes a long way for flavor enhancement

    Good Cinnamon flavor with carrot added

    I got these because my kids, like most, can always use more veg in their diets. My daughter has come to love all the Skout bars that are cinnnamon-heavy and these seemed to fit the bill. They aren't their favorite because I think in my daughter's eyes, there could always be more Cinnamon, but I'm happy they enjoy them because of the added vegetable intake!
