We ship Monday-Friday during normal business hours. We do our best to ship orders within 2 business days of receiving them, and then transit time can take anywhere between 2-8 business days. We ship all of our orders from Austin, TX.
During high volume times and sales we can sometimes experience slight delays that can add an extra 4-5 days to the time it takes us to pack your order.
We ship anywhere in the US including Hawaii and Alaska. (Shipping rates may vary)
Along with the US we ship to Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and Australia. We only offer free shipping within the US, though.
