During the month of June, we’d love to see some moments from your life that include Skout snacks. The rules are simple: just snap a photo or video with a Skout product, review the Terms & Conditions, and upload (the maximum entry per person is 3 files)!

Three (3) winners will be chosen to receive a Soft-Baked Cookie and Kids Bar Bundle when the contest ends! Hint: we always love seeing smiling faces, bites of your favorite flavors being enjoyed, or a glimpse into how Skout snacks fit your lifestyle. Happy Snacking!

1. ELIGIBILITY
The Skout Organic Submit-a-Pic Contest (“the Contest”) is open to residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The contest begins on June 7th, 2024, and will end on June 30th, 2024 at 11:59 PM, PST. Any submission made outside of this time frame will not be considered eligible. 

2. HOW TO ENTER
Contestants may enter the Contest by submitting a photograph or video containing Skout Organic Snacks. Limit of three (3) entries per person. Any additional entries beyond the limit will result in disqualification. Entries must be submitted via the official Contest submission platform at https://www.skoutorganic.com/pages/submit-a-pic 

3. CONTENT GUIDELINES
Submitted photos or videos must meet the following criteria:
- The photo or video must include Skout Organic products.
- The photo or video must not contain any inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content.
- No other brands or logos, including logos on clothing or accessories, should be visible in the photo or video.
- Photos and videos must not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

4. OWNERSHIP AND USAGE RIGHTS
By submitting a photo or video, all entrants grant Skout Organic the perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, display, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to the photo or video.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Three (3) winners will be selected by Skout Organic based on creativity and adherence to the contest theme. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during the photo or video submission process within seven (7) days following the winner selection. If a potential winner cannot be reached or does not respond within seven (7) days from the initial notification attempt, they may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. PRIZE
Each winner will receive a prize of Skout Organic Soft Baked Cookie and Kids Bar Bundle valued at $69.99. The prize will be shipped to the winner once the address is confirmed. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Skout Organic reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest, or any part thereof, for any reason, including, but not limited to, fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond Skout Organic's reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Skout Organic in its sole discretion. In such an event, Skout Organic reserves the right to award the prizes from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.

8. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Contest, all entrants agree to release and hold harmless Skout Organic and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) technical errors related to computers, servers, contact information, providers, or network lines; (b) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (c) errors in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (d) injury or damage to persons or property. 

By entering the Contest, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions of Skout Organic, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
