We do our best to ship orders within 2 Business days of receiving them, and then transit time can take anywhere between 2-5 business days. We ship all of our orders from Austin, TX. 

During high volume times and sales we can sometimes experience slight delays that can add an extra 1-2 days to the time it takes us to pack your order.

Yes, all of our products are Plant-Based and Vegan and free of animal products. We are certified Vegan by Vegan.org.

Yes! All of our bars are certified gluten free by GFCO (Gluten Free Certification Organization)

Yes, our original bars are certified Kosher by OU Kosher and our small batch bars are certified Kosher by Earth Kosher. 

All of our regular bars are produced at one facility which is certified by Orthodox Union (OU). Our Small Batch bars are produced at a separate facility which is certified Kosher by Earth Kosher.

We do process in a facility that also processes gluten, dairy, grain, soy, wheat, and eggs. Between production runs we go through an extensive allergen cleaning process.

All of the protein in our bars are derived from organic, plant based proteins. Depending on the flavor of the bar, the protein will be coming from sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and/or peanuts.

Our bars are naturally sweetened using organic dates.

We have 3 flavors that use a small amount of other sweeteners;

- French Toast - Maple Syrup

- Cookie Dough - Coconut Sugar

- Peanut Banana Chocolate Chip - Coconut Sugar

Our Small Batch bars are limited edition flavors that are only available on our website.

We offer fun and unique new flavors exclusively to our web shoppers and once they sell out they're gone so if there's a flavor you'd like to try, try it before it's gone!

Our Organic Strawberry Essence is made from 100% organic strawberries. The process to make strawberry essence consists of heating organic strawberries then trapping the steam and essence from the strawberries.

We use this ingredient to help enhance the overall strawberry taste and aroma in the bar.

Our organic sunflower seed protein powder is made using only organic sunflower seeds. the powder is made by pressing the oil from the sunflower seeds and then grinding up the leftover sunflower seed meal into a powder.

We ship anywhere in the US including Hawaii and Alaska. (Shipping rates may vary)

We do not process our bars in a nut free facility.

We do go through an allergen cleaning process to avoid cross contamination which we highlight in detail here.

You sure can. You can change the contents of your box up until 24 hours before your order is processed. We will always send you an email and text (if you are enrolled in our SMS communications) five days before your order is processed & packed, reminding you that you have the option to change your flavors or delivery timing.

You sure do! We offer 20% off automatically for subscription orders.  You also get a better price per bar for ordering larger quantities. 

We will also make sure that when we have a sale that offers a discount larger than 20%, you can use the "larger" discount. Just log into your Manage Subcription account and add the new dicount code to your next order.  receive the larger discount for orders taking place during the promotional period. 

Yes, we will send you a reminder 5 days before your order is packed letting you know that you will be charged. At that time, you can update your flavor selections, pause, or even cancel your order.  

You sure can.  You can change the contents of your box up up until the day before your order.  We always send you an email and text (if you are enrolled in our SMS communications) three days before your order is packed reminding you that you have an option to change your flavors or delivery timing.  

Of course you can! Your entire order can be Small Batch bars if you like.  Please note that "Small Batch" bars are made in smaller quantities and that if your subscription includes a flavor that we run out of, we will substitue it with another "Small Batch" flavor or the flavor of your choice from our current inventory.  

Once you redeem your reward, your code will show up on your device, be sent via email and will be available on the bottom of the rewards page.
