As part of our quality assurance, our bars undergo testing and evaluation before leaving our manufacturer. However, in the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please immediately contact Customer Service by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and send us a photo of the defect and best by date so that we can review the situation and prevent it from happening again. We will either replace the bars or issue you a refund, whichever you prefer. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless they are the result of an error by Skout Organic. If you request to return your product and originally received FREE shipping or paid for shipping, you will be charged Skout Organic's cost of shipping by the 3rd party carrier.
Sometimes our tastebuds don't align. At Skout Organic, our first commitment is making sure we have a great product and ensuring that our customers are truly satisfied with our snacks. Due to FDA guidelines and food safety, we are unable to accept product returns. If this is your first order and you are not completely satisfied with your current online purchase, we can refund you the amount of one of your purchase minus shipping and handling. The amount returned will not exceed $20. This policy applies only too your first order. If you need to contact us for a return, please reach out to the Skout team within 30 days of your product order and have your order number ready. It's our goal for you to be a satisfied customer.
Unless otherwise requested, refunds will be made via the method of payment. Credit/debit card transactions can take up to 72 hours depending on your bank and purchase payment method.
