As part of our quality assurance, our bars undergo testing and evaluation before leaving our manufacturer. However, in the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please immediately contact Customer Service at (800) 392-8413 or by emailing email@example.com and send us a photo of the defect and best by date so that we can review the situation and prevent it from happening again. We will either replace the bars or issue you a full refund, whichever you prefer. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless they are the result of an error by Skout Organic.
If you are not 100% satisfied with product purchased from www.skoutorganic.com please contact Customer Service at (800) 392-8413 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot process exchanges due to food safety regulations, however, if you have found another item on our site that you would prefer over the one originally ordered, please return the original item and place a separate order for the new item. We will notify you via e-mail when the return has been refunded. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless they are the result of an error by Skout Organic.
Please note that returns must be made within 30 days of their delivery date and accompanied with proof of purchase (order number, order confirmation, PO#). In order to receive a full refund, no more than 3 bars may be missing from each tray.
Unless otherwise requested, refunds will be made via the method of payment. Credit/debit card transactions can take up to 72 hours depending on your bank.
