I love how most skout bars are completely smooth vs. the mango has strips of mango still in it. I have a child with OT issues and they didn’t like the texture. Mom enjoyed them though.

The mango pieces are unpleasant to chew. The texture & flavor of the bits with the dates were working against each other. Maybe add strawberry or pineapple...
