The Inspiration Behind the Flavor

"Hey, guys, I'm Caroline Chambers. I am a cookbook author and food and motherhood content creator.

We have been Skout Bar devotees for over three years. When Skout asked if I wanted to collaborate and create my own Caroline Chambers cookie-inspired Kids Snack Bar, I jumped on it immediately and I got my kids (The Beasts) involved.

My kids have been Skout bar fans for years and love every single flavor, but especially the ones that are inspired by desserts. We've been working on this for so many months, back and forth with the Skout team, from my home in California to their test kitchen in Texas. My sons really got involved in the testing process and we're so excited to share what we created, the Caro's Beast Cookie Bar!"

    My kids are obsessed!

    We love these! They are so easy to toss in a bag for a snack at the beach, on the go or in school lunch! They don't crumble everywhere and this flavor is their most favorite!

    I always run out too soon.

    The brownie bars always seem to disappear quickly, so I figured I would stock up this time to be safe! I do miss all of the other flavors, though, so I'm thinking I need to get a variety box next month. There honestly isn't a flavor I don't love.
