FAQs

We do our best to ship orders within 2 Business days of receiving them, and then transit time can take anywhere between 2-5 business days. We ship all of our orders from Austin, TX. 

During high volume times and sales we can sometimes experience slight delays that can add an extra 1-2 days to the time it takes us to pack your order.

Don't worry, we did not cancel your order. When we ship with FedEx express if your order is not packed and shipped on the day that the label is created we are required to cancel that label and print a new one.

USPS: There are times that tracking shows delivered but it doesn't get dropped off until the next day or so. If you still haven't received the item in 2-3 business days please let us know and our team will be happy to assist you.
